- **Anonymous**: "The check in details were good, but when my husband and daughter arrived the place was a complete mess and smelt strongly of smoke and worse. It hadn't been cleaned since the previous tenants and they had left it wain a deplorable condition. The cleaner then turned up and she was smoking too. We were able to contact the host Noah, who immediately offered to shout us dinner while the place was cleaned. But we had had enough. After a 28 hour journey from australia we wanted a clean quite place to sleep not a hassle. Ok, there had been tenants from hell but the host knew we had a booking and should have acted to get the property in order. The resolution was that the booking was cancelled, it was for 14 days - so this was a serious booking - and the full amount refunded. And there we were at the end of the day with no where to stay and in a new place. The Host did resolve the issue but I retain doubts about his ability to run an air bnb. I wouldn't go back, there are lots of other places." (4/5)

We booked for 6 nights while in town on business. upon checking in, everything was clean and pretty much as pictured. There were 4 towels total, for 4 people, for 6 night. There was 1 fork. Noah did send 4 more forks the next day. The beds were average, however, the walls are paper thin and from 9pm until 7am Saturday night the downstairs neighbors were clearly audible and left us unable to sleep. Needless to say, we booked another airbnb for the remainder of our stay." (6/5)
