Very close to NDSU. Noah was very responsive. My only issue was we couldn’t control the temperature in the home otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
I tried to book the place for a stay but my request was declined. I should have stuck with that, but I wanted a cheap place close to the college so we could walk to the football field. I found another place, hosted by Noah so we reached out to him to see about getting booked there. He didn't know why my request was declined. I booked the initial place and we were set. I'm not sure why I always feel like I have to be the "nice person" in situations. This place was not what I thought it would be. I assumed it would be old, given the area but not as gross as it was. We left our hometown at 6pm and traveled the 5.5 hours to Fargo. Arrived around 12am. The place has an odor to it. The pillowcases were filthy, the couch bedding was gross, no blankets, the floor needed a good vacuuming and the worst part...when I woke up, I noticed dried up puke next to my face. I should have requested a full refund. I only asked for the next night's worth and we moved on.
The place was I expected and it was very clean and area was very nice for the price. Noah was an awesome host and I do recommend to anyone. And I'm looking forward to renting again. Thanks Noah.
