There is a window AC unit that keeps the place cool and central heat that keeps the building warm in the winter. There is off-street parking behind the building. There are stairs up into the house and then a full flight of stairs down to the lower level where this unit is located. There is coin operated laundry that the entire building shares.
There is parking for one vehicle included with this rental. Please send us your license plate ahead of time so we can keep track of who is parking in the lot. There are also public transit lines a couple blocks away. We're located just a 5-minute drive from the airport as well.

Wish You could post pics of the garbage all over this property, scattered, torn apart and in parking area. Host blamed it on the winter season after being confronted and acknowledged the issue but was told have to wait till next garbage day. There's wood board pieces on windows to lock them. Unhealthy environment to be around, needs major clean up....can't blame the weather. Garbage trucks work year round. we left 4days early and Host denying refund.
