Great place to stay

Although the pictures looked great, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. Several things in the apartment also seemed neglected or unsafe, including an electrical situation that was concerning, with outlets and fixtures that did not appear to work properly and fuses blown. The dust on the stairs and within the unit had us all coughing. Entering the unit was another major issue. The lock pad was not working upon arrival, with Noah taking over 15 minutes to respond. The lock pad had to be "worked with" during our entire time there, which made us uncomfortable during the stay. A person showed up to help us in, and did not identify themselves. The most concerning were the stairs to the unit. They were extremely steep and difficult to navigate. Anyone with mobility challenges, balance issues, or heavy luggage would likely struggle. This was not disclosed in the description of the unit. I had my 75 year old mother with me and constantly worried about her falling.

With some maintenance to clean up lacking fixes and complete cleaning, this could be a great apartment. The possibility of an upstairs neighbor with loud footfalls is a total deterrence. Soundproofing and a soft close for the outside door would do wonders for this apartment. The size is good. The kitchen needs a complete makeover.
