We're located just two blocks from NDSU and about 12 blocks from Downtown Fargo (an easy 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk if you're feeling like stretching your legs). There are smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. We have fast wireless internet (up to 300mbps) for all of your streaming needs, whether work or play. There is a laundry room in the basement of the other building that is attached to this building. It is coin operated, but doesn't keep the coins (the just fall out where the box would be and you can take them back).

There is a major bus route two blocks west or two blocks east (schedules and fares at matbus. com). There is a parking lot behind the building as well as a driveway in front of the building. They are both first come first served. There is also ample street parking (free) around the building.
